  • To install correctly this modal-window.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the modal-window.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open modal-window.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside modal-window.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " modal-window.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " modal-window.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded modal-window.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Modal Window – create popup modal window " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Modal Window – create popup modal window " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Modal Window – create popup modal window " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " Modal Window – create popup modal window " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Modal Window – create popup modal window
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide
  • Installation option 1: Find and install this plugin in the Plugins -> Add new section of your wp-admin
  • Installation option 2: Download the zip file, then upload the plugin via the wp-admin in the Plugins -> Add new section. Or unzip the archive and upload the folder to the plugins directory /wp-content/plugins/ via ftp
  • Press Activate when you have installed the plugin via dashboard or press Activate in the in the Plugins list
  • Go to Modal Window section that will appear in your main menu on the left
  • Click Add new to create your first modal window
  • Setup your modal window
  • Click Save
  • Copy and paste the shortcode, such as [Modal-Window id=1] to where you want the modal window to appear.
  • If you want it to appear everywhere on your site, you can insert it for example in your header.php , like this:
