How to add Multi Site Plugins Add New in Wordpress

To install correctly this multi-site-plugins-add-new.zip .
Fisrt Download the multi-site-plugins-add-new.zip to your computer
Extract/Open multi-site-plugins-add-new.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside multi-site-plugins-add-new.zip and Open readme.txt .

Step-1 : Download " multi-site-plugins-add-new.zip " to Your Local Computer.
