How to add Newstatpress in Wordpress

NewStatPress (Statpress plugin fork) is a real-time plugin to manage the visits' statistics about your blog (without external web analytics). Wordpress Tutorial

Noted That:

To install correctly this newstatpress.zip .
Fisrt Download the newstatpress.zip to your computer
Extract/Open newstatpress.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside newstatpress.zip and Open readme.txt .
Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

Step-1 : Download " newstatpress.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " newstatpress.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " newstatpress.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Newstatpress " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Newstatpress " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Newstatpress " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

Step-8 : Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about Newstatpress Configurations and Settings or How to work " Newstatpress " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
Then, Find " NewStatPress " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is NewStatPress
Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Fresh Install Upload “newstatpress” directory in wp-content/plugins/ . Then just activate it on your plugin management page. You are ready!!! Note: you must disable the original StatPress plugin (or other plugins still based onto StatPress) when activating this, as it still use or now the same table of StatPress for storing data in DB (copy the data to another table will be very space consuming for your site, so it was better to use the same table) Update Deactivate NewStatPress plugin (no data lost!) Backup ALL your data Backup your custom DEFs files Override “newstatpress” directory in wp-content/plugins/ Restore your custom DEFs files Re-activate it on your plugin management page In the Dashboard click “NewStatPress”, then “NewStatPressUpdate” and wait until it will add/update db’s content

Upload “newstatpress” directory in wp-content/plugins/ . Then just activate it on your plugin management page.

Note: you must disable the original StatPress plugin (or other plugins still based onto StatPress) when activating this, as it still use or now the same table of StatPress for storing data in DB (copy the data to another table will be very space consuming for your site, so it was better to use the same table)

Update

Deactivate NewStatPress plugin (no data lost!)
Backup ALL your data
Backup your custom DEFs files
Override “newstatpress” directory in wp-content/plugins/
Restore your custom DEFs files
Re-activate it on your plugin management page
In the Dashboard click “NewStatPress”, then “NewStatPressUpdate” and wait until it will add/update db’s content
