Noted That:

  • To install correctly this ofeatures-customer-service.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the ofeatures-customer-service.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open ofeatures-customer-service.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside ofeatures-customer-service.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "ofeatures-customer-service.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "ofeatures-customer-service.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded ofeatures-customer-service.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "Live Chat, Call Me Back, Ticket System, Feedback, Contact Form & more oFeatures Customer Service" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "Live Chat, Call Me Back, Ticket System, Feedback, Contact Form & more oFeatures Customer Service" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "Live Chat, Call Me Back, Ticket System, Feedback, Contact Form & more oFeatures Customer Service" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

8.   1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "Live Chat, Call Me Back, Ticket System, Feedback, Contact Form & more oFeatures Customer Service" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Live Chat, Call Me Back, Ticket System, Feedback, Contact Form & more oFeatures Customer Service
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

Guide
  1. Install the plugin via WordPress.org repository or by downloading the plugin files and uploading them to the server.
  2. Activate the plugin.
  3. Go to plugin configuration (Settings > Customer Service oFeatures button on the left side menu), enter oFeatures account client id and WordPress token, you can find it in your oFeatures account in Menu > Settings > Plugins.
  4. After entering the data, synchronization with your oFeatures account will occur.
  5. You are now able to use Shortcodes by pasting to a selected page or by clicking “put this Feature on all pages”.
  6. On the left side menu you can find a Support Panel button, which lets you log into oFeatures from the WordPress admin panel.
