  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " ofeatures-customer-service.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " ofeatures-customer-service.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded ofeatures-customer-service.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Live Chat, Call Me Back, Ticket System, Feedback, Contact Form & more oFeatures Customer Service " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Live Chat, Call Me Back, Ticket System, Feedback, Contact Form & more oFeatures Customer Service " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Live Chat, Call Me Back, Ticket System, Feedback, Contact Form & more oFeatures Customer Service " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8.   2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php

  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Live Chat, Call Me Back, Ticket System, Feedback, Contact Form & more oFeatures Customer Service
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide
  1. Install the plugin via WordPress.org repository or by downloading the plugin files and uploading them to the server.
  2. Activate the plugin.
  3. Go to plugin configuration (Settings > Customer Service oFeatures button on the left side menu), enter oFeatures account client id and WordPress token, you can find it in your oFeatures account in Menu > Settings > Plugins.
  4. After entering the data, synchronization with your oFeatures account will occur.
  5. You are now able to use Shortcodes by pasting to a selected page or by clicking “put this Feature on all pages”.
  6. On the left side menu you can find a Support Panel button, which lets you log into oFeatures from the WordPress admin panel.
