How to add Opt Out For Google Analytics in Wordpress

• To install correctly this opt-out-for-google-analytics.zip .
• Fisrt Download the opt-out-for-google-analytics.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open opt-out-for-google-analytics.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside opt-out-for-google-analytics.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " opt-out-for-google-analytics.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " opt-out-for-google-analytics.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " opt-out-for-google-analytics.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Opt Out For Google Analytics " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Opt Out For Google Analytics " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Opt Out For Google Analytics " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.

3. Then, Find " Google Analytics Opt-Out (DSGVO / GDPR) " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Google Analytics Opt-Out (DSGVO / GDPR)
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

2. Aktiviere das Plugin, falls nicht aktiviert
3. Wähle den UA-Code aus oder trag ihn ins Feld ein
4. Änderungen speichern, fertig!

Anmerkung zum UA-Code:

Solltest du den Google Analytics Tracking-Code manuell eingetragen haben, z.B. bei einem WordPress-Theme, dann musst du den UA-Code ins Eingabefeld eintragen.
Hast du eins, der drei kompatiblen Plugins aktiviert, dann ist dieser Punkt auch auswählbar. Dadurch wird automatisch der aktuelle UA-Code von diesem Plugin ausgelesen und du musst diesen nicht ins Eingabefeld eintragen.
