How to add Oxygen Tutor Lms in Wordpress

Noted That:

To install correctly this oxygen-tutor-lms.zip .
Fisrt Download the oxygen-tutor-lms.zip to your computer
Extract/Open oxygen-tutor-lms.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside oxygen-tutor-lms.zip and Open readme.txt .
Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.

Step-1 : Download " oxygen-tutor-lms.zip " to Your Local Computer.
