Noted That:

• To install correctly this pmc-disable-comments.zip .
• Fisrt Download the pmc-disable-comments.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open pmc-disable-comments.zip to Your Computer.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.
