  • How to add Pmpro Mailchimp in Wordpress

Add users and members to Mailchimp audiences based on their membership level and allow members to opt-in to specific audiences.

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this pmpro-mailchimp.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the pmpro-mailchimp.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open pmpro-mailchimp.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside pmpro-mailchimp.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " pmpro-mailchimp.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " pmpro-mailchimp.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded pmpro-mailchimp.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Paid Memberships Pro – Mailchimp Add On " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Paid Memberships Pro – Mailchimp Add On " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Paid Memberships Pro – Mailchimp Add On " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  Paid Memberships Pro – Mailchimp Add On Configurtions and Settings or How to work " Paid Memberships Pro – Mailchimp Add On " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " Paid Memberships Pro – Mailchimp Add On " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Paid Memberships Pro – Mailchimp Add On
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

This plugin works with and without Paid Memberships Pro installed.

Download, Install and Activate!

  1. Upload the pmpro-mailchimp directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory of your site.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. Navigate to Settings > PMPro Mailchimp to proceed with setup.

Configuration and Settings

Enter your Mailchimp API Key: Your Mailchimp API key can be found within your Mailchimp account under Account > Extras > API keys. If you don’t have a Mailchimp account, you can create one here . Read our documentation for a video demonstrating how to locate your Mailchimp API key .

After entering your API Key, continue with the setup by assigning User or Member Audiences and reviewing the additional settings.
