This plugin will allow site admins to create challenges and then participants can enter their activity. Wordpress Tutorial
Noted That:
  • To install correctly this point-tracker.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the point-tracker.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open point-tracker.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside point-tracker.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.
Start the Tips:

Step-1 : Download " point-tracker.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " point-tracker.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " point-tracker.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Point Tracker " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Point Tracker " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Point Tracker " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

Step-8 : Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about Point Tracker Configurations and Settings or How to work " Point Tracker " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " Point Tracker " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Point Tracker
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

  1. Extract the ‘point-tracker.zip’ file in the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory or install using the plugin installer in WP
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. The Point Tracker admin menu is used to administer the challenges, its activities, and participants.
  4. Navigate to the Point Tracker -> Point Tracker admin menu
  5. Fill out the form and create a challenge (add a name, start and end dates, and a description) then click “Save”
  6. Copy the link that appears just above the description box
  7. Navigate to the Point Tracker -> Activities admin menu
  8. Select the challenge you just created from the drop down
  9. Fill out the boxes and create your first activity for that challenge and click “Save”
  10. Send the link to whomever you wish so they can join
  11. Under Settings -> Point Tracker there are global options that you can enable, right now, it is only requiring an account for those wanting to participate in a challenge
