How to add Postgresql For Wordpress in Wordpress

• To install correctly this postgresql-for-wordpress.zip .
• Fisrt Download the postgresql-for-wordpress.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open postgresql-for-wordpress.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside postgresql-for-wordpress.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " postgresql-for-wordpress.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " postgresql-for-wordpress.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " postgresql-for-wordpress.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Postgresql For Wordpress " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Postgresql For Wordpress " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Postgresql For Wordpress " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " PostgreSQL for WordPress (PG4WP) " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is PostgreSQL for WordPress (PG4WP)
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

You have to install PG4WP before configuring your WordPress installation for things to work properly.
This is because the database needs to be up and running before any plugin can be loaded.

1. Place your WordPress files in the right place on your web server.

2. Unzip the files from PG4WP and put the pg4wp directory in your /wp-content directory.

3. Copy the db.php from the pg4wp directory to wp-content

   You can modify this file to configure the database driver you wish to use Currently you can set ‘DB_DRIVER’ to ‘pgsql’ or ‘mysql’

   You can also activate DEBUG and/or ERROR logs

4. Point your Web Browser to your WordPress installation and go through the traditional WordPress installation routine.
