Live Chat by Provide Support plugin for WordPress. Make one more step to excellent customer service.

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this provide-support-live-chat.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the provide-support-live-chat.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open provide-support-live-chat.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside provide-support-live-chat.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "provide-support-live-chat.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "provide-support-live-chat.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded provide-support-live-chat.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "Provide Support Live Chat" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "Provide Support Live Chat" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "Provide Support Live Chat" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "Provide Support Live Chat" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Provide Support Live Chat
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

Guide

Using Provide Support Live Chat plugin you’ll be able to easily add your live chat button to your WordPress based website. Please do the following:

  1. Log into your WordPress website admin panel and navigate to ‘Plugins’ menu
  2. Click ‘Add New’ and either search for ‘Provide Support Live Chat’ in the plugin directory, or upload the .zip plugin file you have downloaded from WordPress.org
  3. Activate the plugin after installation has been completed
  4. Navigate to ‘Provide Support Live Chat’ menu
  5. Enter your Provide Support account credentials and click ‘Connect to Account’ on ‘Existing Account’ tab to connect to your account. If you don’t have an account yet, use ‘New Account’ tab to create it
  6. Use plugin settings to control chat button appearance and website monitoring feature
  7. Make sure that ‘Enable live chat plugin’ option is checked to start using the plugin
