How to add Quick Event Calendar in Wordpress

• To install correctly this quick-event-calendar.zip .
• Fisrt Download the quick-event-calendar.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open quick-event-calendar.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside quick-event-calendar.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " quick-event-calendar.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " quick-event-calendar.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " quick-event-calendar.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Quick Event Calendar " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Quick Event Calendar " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Quick Event Calendar " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " Quick Event Calendar " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Quick Event Calendar
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

1. Upload the qcc-calendar folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin via the Plugins menu in WordPress
3. A new Quick Event Calendar menu will appear in WordPress Settings with options and general help

After installing the plugin, you need to configure it by selecting several options:

Select the desired post type, select the desired category (if post type is ‘post’) and select which posts you want to show. For an event calendar, the default should be both published and scheduled/future posts.

In case you want to use custom meta fields, the calendar works with preexisting meta fields. Using custom meta fields requires a third-party plugin to add new fields.

After selecting the desired options, pick one of the predefined themes to match your site.

After selecting a theme, you need to match your site’s colours with the calendar template.

In your Configurator tab, select the accent colour, the event colour and the background colour for the current day.
