Noted That:

• To install correctly this recent-comments-with-avatars.zip .
• Fisrt Download the recent-comments-with-avatars.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open recent-comments-with-avatars.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside recent-comments-with-avatars.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " recent-comments-with-avatars.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " recent-comments-with-avatars.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded recent-comments-with-avatars.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Recent Comments with Avatars " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Recent Comments with Avatars " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Recent Comments with Avatars " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " Recent Comments with Avatars " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Recent Comments with Avatars
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

• Put the complete plug-in folder into your WordPress plug-in directory (if this doesn’t make sense it probably isn’t something you should be trying) and activate it.
• Go to your Appearance » Widgets page and include Recent Comments in your sidebar.
• Use the configuration options to set up your widget to display recent comments as you like… ????
• Optionally, to use the comment flag options, the following notes must be completed…

Modify your theme to show country flags in main comment loops, you must make this change to your comments.php theme template file. Change wp_list_comments(); to sa_comment_list_with_flag(); .
And you must import the wp_iptocountry.sql file into your MySQL WordPress database.
