How to add Recent Fluxbb Topics in Wordpress

• To install correctly this recent-fluxbb-topics.zip .
• Fisrt Download the recent-fluxbb-topics.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open recent-fluxbb-topics.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside recent-fluxbb-topics.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " recent-fluxbb-topics.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " recent-fluxbb-topics.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " recent-fluxbb-topics.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Recent Fluxbb Topics " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Recent Fluxbb Topics " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Recent Fluxbb Topics " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " Recent FluxBB Topics " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Recent FluxBB Topics
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

1. unzip recent_fluxbb_topics.zip in your /wp-content/plugins/ directory. (You’ll have a new directory, with this plugin in /wp-content/plugins/recent_fluxbb_topics)
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Configure the plugin, you need to tell WordPress about FluxBB, this is done in the WordPress menu ‘Options’ -> ‘FluxBB Recent Topics Settings’

   * The name of your FluxBB database
   * The name of the table where topics are held (the default is fluxbb_topics )

   * The number of topics to show. (If left blank you get 5)
4. Hit ‘Update Options”
5. To output the list of topics in a page or post…
   * create a new page/post, type [fluxbb] or [fluxbb limit=”10?] (change 10 by the limit you want) , hit ‘Publish’ or ‘Create new page’
6. You can also use it as a widget, it’s new !
