Adds a widget that shows posts related to the current post based on tags. Wordpress Tutorial

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this related-posts-widget.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the related-posts-widget.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open related-posts-widget.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside related-posts-widget.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " related-posts-widget.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " related-posts-widget.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded related-posts-widget.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Related Posts Widget " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Related Posts Widget " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Related Posts Widget " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  Related Posts Widget Configurtions and Settings or How to work " Related Posts Widget " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " Related Posts Widget " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Related Posts Widget
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide

Automatic installation

Automatic installation is the easiest option as WordPress handles the file transfers itself and you don’t need to leave your web browser. To do an automatic install of Related Posts Widget, log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New.

In the search field type “Related Posts Widget” and click Search Plugins. Once you’ve found plugin, you can install it by simply clicking “Install Now”. Then, go to plugins page of WordPress admin activate the plugin. Now, goto the Widgets page of the Appearance section and configure the Related Posts widget.

Manual installation

  1. Download the plugin.
  2. Upload it to the plugins folder of your blog.
  3. Goto the Plugins section of the WordPress admin and activate the plugin.
  4. Now, goto the Widgets page of the Appearance section and configure the Related Posts widget.
