To install correctly this reply-w-comment-preview.zip .
Fisrt Download the reply-w-comment-preview.zip to your computer
Extract/Open reply-w-comment-preview.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside reply-w-comment-preview.zip and Open readme.txt .
Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

Step-1 : Download " reply-w-comment-preview.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Go to Plugin Install Reply W Comment Preview

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " reply-w-comment-preview.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " reply-w-comment-preview.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Reply W Comment Preview " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Reply W Comment Preview " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Reply W Comment Preview " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
Then, Find " @Reply \w comment preview " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is @Reply \w comment preview
Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Upload the plugin folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress Place in your comments.php where you want the link to appear. (optional) In the extra folder you will find a reply.png file for dark background themes, use it to replace the default file if you need. (optional) Themes like the WP default theme Kubrick don’t have their comments wrapped up properly. For this plugin to work your theme’s code should really look somewhat like this: if your theme only has a different class used, you can change the settings of the plugin ( Settings -> @Reply with preview ) to work with that.
