Plugin provides REST API endpoint for Relevanssi search plugin. Wordpress Tutorial

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this rest-api-for-relevanssi.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the rest-api-for-relevanssi.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open rest-api-for-relevanssi.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside rest-api-for-relevanssi.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " rest-api-for-relevanssi.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " rest-api-for-relevanssi.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded rest-api-for-relevanssi.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " REST API for Relevanssi " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " REST API for Relevanssi " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " REST API for Relevanssi " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  REST API for Relevanssi Configurtions and Settings or How to work " REST API for Relevanssi " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " REST API for Relevanssi " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is REST API for Relevanssi
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

  2. Login to the admin area of your WordPress website.
  3. Go to “Plugins” section.
  4. Click “Add new” and search for “REST API for Relevanssi”.
  5. Install plugin.

Alternative way #1

  1. Ensure that Relevanssi plugin is installed
  2. Download REST API for Relevanssi plugin from the WordPress plugin diretcory.
  3. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload and select the ZIP file you just downloaded.Click Install Now, and then Activate.
  4. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
  5. Plugin does not require any further configuration

Alternative way #2

  1. Ensure that Relevanssi plugin is installed
  2. Download REST API for Relevanssi plugin from the WordPress plugin diretcory.
  3. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/relevanssi-rest-api directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  4. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
  5. Plugin does not require any further configuration
