Noted That:

• To install correctly this rich-text-biography.zip.
• Fisrt Download the rich-text-biography.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open rich-text-biography.zip to Your Computer.

4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Rich Text Biography

• Upload the rich-text-biography folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
