Noted That:
  • To install correctly this rssfeedchecker.zip .

  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside rssfeedchecker.zip and Open readme.txt .

Start the Tips:

Step-1 : Download " rssfeedchecker.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " rssfeedchecker.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " rssfeedchecker.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Rssfeedchecker " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Rssfeedchecker " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Rssfeedchecker " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " RSS Feed Checker " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is RSS Feed Checker
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide

Installation

  1. Upload all the files to a new directory in the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Visit the RSS Feed Checker Settings to initialise Cron Job and Create Database tables.
  4. From Appearance section of the dashboard select widgets
  5. Drag the “Links RSS Enhanced” widget into your selected sidebar
  6. Enter caption and number of links to show

Removal

Because the plugin adds in a database table, options and a cron job (schedule) you need to remove the plugin via WordPress rather than just deleting it in FTP

  1. Deactivate the plugin
  2. Delete the plugin

If you only deactivate plugin the setting and table will be kept, only the cron job will be disabled.
