  • How to add Sb Popular Posts Tabbed Widget in Wordpress

A lightweight, responsive, uncluttered widget to display popular posts, recent posts, and categories with tabs.

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this sb-popular-posts-tabbed-widget.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the sb-popular-posts-tabbed-widget.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open sb-popular-posts-tabbed-widget.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside sb-popular-posts-tabbed-widget.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "sb-popular-posts-tabbed-widget.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "sb-popular-posts-tabbed-widget.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded sb-popular-posts-tabbed-widget.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "SB Popular Posts Tabbed Widget" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "SB Popular Posts Tabbed Widget" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "SB Popular Posts Tabbed Widget" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "SB Popular Posts Tabbed Widget" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is SB Popular Posts Tabbed Widget
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

Guide
  1. Download the zip-archive and extract it into your computer.
  2. Upload the entire sb-pop-posts-widget folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in your WordPress administration page.

Go to Appearance -> Widgets administration page and look for the widget named SB Popular Posts Tabbed Widget. Drag the widget into any widget area.

Options:

Number of posts to display: Set the number of posts and categories that will be displayed.
Display thumbnails: If checked, post thumbnails (featured images) are shown at 50px by 50px.
Display meta (date, comments): If checked, shows the number of comments, post date, and number of posts next to the post or category title.
