Noted That:

• To install correctly this scalable-vector-graphics-svg.zip.
• Fisrt Download the scalable-vector-graphics-svg.zip to your computer

3. Then, Find "Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG)" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.

Manually
