How to add Shareaholic in Wordpress

• To install correctly this shareaholic.zip .
• Fisrt Download the shareaholic.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open shareaholic.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside shareaholic.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " shareaholic.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " shareaholic.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " shareaholic.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Shareaholic " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Shareaholic " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Shareaholic " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

Step-8 : Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about Shareaholic Configurations and Settings or How to work " Shareaholic " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " WordPress Social Sharing, Related Posts & Analytics – Shareaholic " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is WordPress Social Sharing, Related Posts & Analytics – Shareaholic
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

In WordPress:

1. Go to Plugins -> Add New -> Search for Shareaholic
2. Press “Install Now” for the Shareaholic plugin
3. Press “Activate Plugin”
4. Adjust settings to your liking
5. If you use a caching plugin please clear the cache
6. Enjoy!

Manual installation:

1. Upload the extracted shareaholic directory to wp-content/plugins/
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Open the plugin settings page Settings -> Shareaholic
4. Adjust settings to your liking
5. If you use a caching plugin please clear the cache
6. Enjoy!

WP-CLI installation:

1. wp plugin install shareaholic --activate

Shareaholic Shortcode Support / Manual Usage

You can place Share Buttons, Related Content and any other Shareaholic apps manually wherever you’re like in your theme. Simply insert the following Shortcode where you want the corresponding app to appear:

Grab the corresponding App ID from your Shareaholic Dashboard for the App you want to manually insert into your theme. If you prefer, you can also use the App Name instead of the App ID . This can be very useful for multi-site installations and theme developers who would like to bundle Shareaholic. For example:

[shareaholic app="share_buttons" id_name="post_below_content"]

If both id and id_name are defined, id will take priority.

In your PHP / theme template code, you would add:

Note: optionally, you can specify title , link or summary as Shareaholic shortcode parameters. If you don’t specify these optional parameters, the shortcode will automatically determine these values.

Example:

If use double quotes (“‘s) in your title or summary, make sure to encode them properly as " . Shareaholic Shortcode’s are full featured and support all available configuration options available. Enjoy!
