Noted That:

• To install correctly this shorturls.zip.
• Fisrt Download the shorturls.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open shorturls.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside shorturls.zip and Open readme.txt.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,
