Sold Alerts provides monthly emails to subscribers with a list of sold homes in their area.

Noted That:

To install correctly this sold-alerts.zip.
Fisrt Download the sold-alerts.zip to your computer
Extract/Open sold-alerts.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside sold-alerts.zip and Open readme.txt.
Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
Then, Follow the the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "sold-alerts.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "sold-alerts.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded sold-alerts.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "Sold Alerts" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "Sold Alerts" folder.

Noted that: If you do not see "Sold Alerts" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
Then, Find "Sold Alerts" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Sold Alerts
Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

Network administrators can use the Network Settings > 8b Sold Alerts screen to configure the plugin. Single installations have the settings available under the “8b Sold Alerts” menu item. From the main settings screen, check the “Generate or retrieve key” checkbox & then click save settings. This will generate your Sold Alerts license key applicable to your website only. Navigate to the “Lead Email” & “Sold Alerts Email” tabs and enter in your desired email address to receive email notifications upon users subscribing to receive sold home alerts. Finally place the [8b_sold_alerts] shortcode on a page where you’d like the subscriber signup form to display and you’re ready to start getting leads!
