Noted That:

• To install correctly this source-input-for-gravity-forms.zip .
• Fisrt Download the source-input-for-gravity-forms.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open source-input-for-gravity-forms.zip to Your Computer.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " source-input-for-gravity-forms.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " source-input-for-gravity-forms.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded source-input-for-gravity-forms.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " Source Input for Gravity Forms " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Source Input for Gravity Forms
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Minimum Requirements

• PHP 5.3+
• Gravity Forms: 2.0+

1. Install the plugin using the plugin installer from the WordPress dashboard or by uploading the zip file contents into the wp-content/plugins directory.
2. Activate the plugin (Make sure Gravity Forms is already installed and activated).
3. Go to Forms > Settings > Source Input to select which sources you’d like to track.
4. Go to each form you’d like to track and then add the new “Source” field from the Advanced Fields menu.
