How to add Sp Random Hello Bar in Wordpress

• To install correctly this sp-random-hello-bar.zip .
• Fisrt Download the sp-random-hello-bar.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open sp-random-hello-bar.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside sp-random-hello-bar.zip and Open readme.txt .
