5. Now, Browse " stop-auto-update-plugin-themes-email-notification.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded stop-auto-update-plugin-themes-email-notification.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Stop Auto Update Plugins & Themes Email Notification " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Stop Auto Update Plugins & Themes Email Notification " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Stop Auto Update Plugins & Themes Email Notification " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".
