To install correctly this storefront-blog-excerpt.zip.
Fisrt Download the storefront-blog-excerpt.zip to your computer
Extract/Open storefront-blog-excerpt.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside storefront-blog-excerpt.zip and Open readme.txt.
