A Plugin That only allows whitelisted IP's, or optionally whitelisted browsers, to access wp-login, or optionally wp-admin. Wordpress Tutorial

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this swiftninjapro-wp-login-whitelist-ip.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the swiftninjapro-wp-login-whitelist-ip.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open swiftninjapro-wp-login-whitelist-ip.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside swiftninjapro-wp-login-whitelist-ip.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " swiftninjapro-wp-login-whitelist-ip.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " swiftninjapro-wp-login-whitelist-ip.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded swiftninjapro-wp-login-whitelist-ip.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " WP-Login and WP-Admin Whitelist " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " WP-Login and WP-Admin Whitelist " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " WP-Login and WP-Admin Whitelist " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  WP-Login and WP-Admin Whitelist Configurtions and Settings or How to work " WP-Login and WP-Admin Whitelist " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " WP-Login and WP-Admin Whitelist " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is WP-Login and WP-Admin Whitelist
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide
  1. Upload plugin to the /wp-content/plugins
  2. Important: Make sure you have cpanel or filezilla working and connected to your website, so if you forget to add your IP and get locked out of wp-login, you can disable the plugin
  3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  4. Add your IP to the list of whitelisted IP’s in Swiftninjapro wp-login Whitelist IP settings (the admin settings page will tell you your Current IP)
  5. Check the setting “Plugin Enabled” To Enable wp-login Whitelist IP And Click Save
