The Carousel plugin is a component for cycling through elements, like a carousel (slideshow). Wordpress Tutorial

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this sx-bootstrap-carousel.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the sx-bootstrap-carousel.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open sx-bootstrap-carousel.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside sx-bootstrap-carousel.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " sx-bootstrap-carousel.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " sx-bootstrap-carousel.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded sx-bootstrap-carousel.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " SX Bootstrap Carousel " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " SX Bootstrap Carousel " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " SX Bootstrap Carousel " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  SX Bootstrap Carousel Configurtions and Settings or How to work " SX Bootstrap Carousel " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " SX Bootstrap Carousel " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is SX Bootstrap Carousel
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

The easy way:

  1. Go to the Plugins Menu in WordPress
  2. Search for “SX Bootstrap Carousel”
  3. Click ‘Install’
  4. Activate the plugin

Manual Installation

  1. Download the plugin file from this page and unzip the contents
  2. Upload the sx-bootstrap-carousel folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  3. Activate the sx-bootstrap-carousel plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

Once Activated

  1. Make sure that your theme is loading the Twitter Bootstrap CSS and Carousel javascript
  2. Place the [sx-carousel] shortcode in a Page or Post
  3. Create new items in the Carousel post type, uploading a Featured Image for each.
    1. Optional: You can hyperlink each image by entering the desired url Image Link URL admin metabox when adding a new carousel image.
