Noted That:

• To install correctly this syncro-web-chat-2-text.zip .
• Fisrt Download the syncro-web-chat-2-text.zip to your computer

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " SYNCRO " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is SYNCRO
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

1. Register for a FREE account at http://www.syncrowebchat.com
2. Install the plugin
3. Activate the plugin in the Plugins menu in your WordPress install
4. Copy your Site short-name from your SYNCRO account
5. Paste the short-name into the short-name field in the SYNCRO WordPress plugin.
