To install correctly this th23-upload.zip .
Fisrt Download the th23-upload.zip to your computer
Extract/Open th23-upload.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside th23-upload.zip and Open readme.txt .
Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.

Step-1 : Download " th23-upload.zip " to Your Local Computer.
