How to add Twitch Status in Wordpress

• To install correctly this twitch-status.zip .
• Fisrt Download the twitch-status.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open twitch-status.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside twitch-status.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " twitch-status.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " twitch-status.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " twitch-status.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Twitch Status " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Twitch Status " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Twitch Status " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " Twitch Status " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Twitch Status
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Install the plugin

1. Download and unzip twitch-status archive contents to the /wp-content/plugins/twitch-status directory or add it using WordPress’ plugin manager.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

Configure your channels

1. Go to Settings / Twitch status
2. Enter the name of all the channels you want to use with the plugin, including in widgets.
3. (optional) Set the jQuery selector(s) for each channel matching the places you want to insert a status tag. Check the F.A.Q. for more information about how to use them (it’s easy). Leave this blank if you just want to use the plugin.

Add widgets

1. Go to Appearance / Widgets
2. Drag and drop the Twitch status widget wherever you want to use it.
3. Choose the Twitch channel you want to show up among the ones you have previously entered in the settings.

Insert Twitch video player in a post

To insert a video player without the chatbox, use shortcode [twitch-player channel="CHANNEL_NAME"] . With the chatbox, use shortcode [twitch-player channel="CHANNEL_NAME" chat="true"] .
Replace CHANNEL_NAME with the name of a channel you have previously configured in the settings.
