Noted That:

• To install correctly this url-shortener.zip.
• Fisrt Download the url-shortener.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open url-shortener.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside url-shortener.zip and Open readme.txt.
