How to add Us Heat Map in Wordpress

• To install correctly this us-heat-map.zip .
• Fisrt Download the us-heat-map.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open us-heat-map.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside us-heat-map.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " us-heat-map.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " us-heat-map.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " us-heat-map.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Us Heat Map " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Us Heat Map " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Us Heat Map " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " US Heat Map " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is US Heat Map
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
3. Use the [usHeatMap] shortcode and then add two letter (lowercase) abbreviations as parameters. There is no admin screen (everything done by shortcode).
4. Change the shortcode parameters to suit your need. The list of parametes are shown below with an example value. Colors need to be in the RGB format, exactly as shown (“rgb(x,x,x)”). For text, you can put plain text or any basic html. Further, for the “text_after_clicking” variable, you can specifiy the state variable and the respective count dynamically as $state_name and $state_count.
