Noted That:

• To install correctly this vision6-forms.zip.
• Fisrt Download the vision6-forms.zip to your computer

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

3. Then, Find "Vision6 Forms" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Vision6 Forms
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

2. Search for vision6-forms
