Noted That:

• To install correctly this wc-frontend-manager.zip.
• Fisrt Download the wc-frontend-manager.zip to your computer

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "WCFM – Frontend Manager for WooCommerce along with Bookings Subscription Listings Compatible" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "WCFM – Frontend Manager for WooCommerce along with Bookings Subscription Listings Compatible" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "WCFM – Frontend Manager for WooCommerce along with Bookings Subscription Listings Compatible" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,
