Noted That:

• To install correctly this weather-layer.zip.
• Fisrt Download the weather-layer.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open weather-layer.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside weather-layer.zip and Open readme.txt.
