  • How to add Woocommerce Invoice Sharing in Wordpress

Enable user to share their invoices with as many email address as they like, all from the order review and view order pages.

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this woocommerce-invoice-sharing.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the woocommerce-invoice-sharing.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open woocommerce-invoice-sharing.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside woocommerce-invoice-sharing.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "woocommerce-invoice-sharing.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "woocommerce-invoice-sharing.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded woocommerce-invoice-sharing.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "WooCommerce Invoice Sharing" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "WooCommerce Invoice Sharing" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "WooCommerce Invoice Sharing" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "WooCommerce Invoice Sharing" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is WooCommerce Invoice Sharing
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

Automatic WordPress Installation

  1. Log-in to your WordPress Site
  2. Under the plugin sidebar tab, click ‘Add New’
  3. Search for ‘WooCommerce Invoice Sharing’
  4. Install and Activate the Plugin
  5. Visit WooCommerce -> Invoice Sharing to adjust plugin settings
  6. Visit WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails -> Share Order to adjust email settings

Manual Installation

  1. Download the latest version of the plugin from WooCommerce Incremental
  2. Product Quantities wordpress page.
  3. Uncompress the file
  4. Upload the uncompressed directory to ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ via FTP
  5. Active the plugin from your wordpress backend ‘Plugins -> Installed Plugins’
  6. Visit WooCommerce -> Invoice Sharing to adjust plugin settings
  7. Visit WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails -> Share Order to adjust email settings
