WooCommerce & Paid Membership Pro integration to restrict products from being bought by non members. Wordpress Tutorial

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this woopm.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the woopm.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open woopm.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside woopm.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " woopm.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " woopm.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded woopm.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " WooPM – WooCommerce & Paid Membership Pro integration to run a Membership based Marketplace " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " WooPM – WooCommerce & Paid Membership Pro integration to run a Membership based Marketplace " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " WooPM – WooCommerce & Paid Membership Pro integration to run a Membership based Marketplace " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " WooPM – WooCommerce & Paid Membership Pro integration to run a Membership based Marketplace " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is WooPM – WooCommerce & Paid Membership Pro integration to run a Membership based Marketplace
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide

Direct Install From WordPress Dashboard

  1. Go to Plugins page
  2. Add New and search for ‘Woopm’
  3. You will see the plugin Woo Product Restriction for Paid Membership Pro in the search list.
  4. Install and activate the plugin. That’s all.

Manual Install From WordPress Dashboard

If your server is not connected to the Internet, then you can use this method-

  1. Download the plugin. A ZIP file will be downloaded.
  2. Login to your site’s admin panel and navigate to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload.
  3. Click choose file, select the plugin file and click install

Install Using FTP

If you are unable to use any of the methods due to internet connectivity and file permission issues, then you can use this method-

  1. Download the plugin by clicking on the blue button above.A ZIP file will be downloaded.
  2. Unzip the file.
  3. Launch your favorite FTP client. Such as FileZilla, FireFTP, CyberDuck etc. If you are a more advanced user, then you can use SSH too.
  4. Upload the folder to wp-content/plugins/
  5. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  6. Navigate to Plugins -> Installed
  7. Activate the plugin
  • Once installed and activated, you will need to add a product category named- ‘woo-pm’ and the slug should be ‘woo-pm’.
    Now all the products under this category will need PM Pro Membership to purchase!
    And if your site is a multivendor one, then make this new category (woo-pm) the default category, so that all the products added by the vendors also goes under this category! Now all the visitors must have a membership to purchase the products under this category!
