Noted That:

• To install correctly this word-balloon.zip.
• Fisrt Download the word-balloon.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open word-balloon.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside word-balloon.zip and Open readme.txt.

4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Word Balloon

1. Upload word-balloon folder into your /wp-content/plugins/ directory
