A set of custom tweaks to the WordPress Admin Bar that was introduced in WP 3.1. Since version 3.3.5 of this plugin, it is only compatible with WP 3.

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this wordpress-admin-bar-improved.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the wordpress-admin-bar-improved.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open wordpress-admin-bar-improved.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside wordpress-admin-bar-improved.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "wordpress-admin-bar-improved.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "wordpress-admin-bar-improved.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded wordpress-admin-bar-improved.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "WordPress Admin Bar Improved" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "WordPress Admin Bar Improved" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "WordPress Admin Bar Improved" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about WordPress Admin Bar Improved Configurtions and Settings or How to work "WordPress Admin Bar Improved" in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "WordPress Admin Bar Improved" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is WordPress Admin Bar Improved
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

Guide

Use the built in WordPress Plugin Installer via Plugins -> Add New, searching for “WordPress Admin Bar Improved”

OR

Extract all files from the ZIP file, making sure to keep the file structure intact, and then upload the plugin’s folder to /wp-content/plugins/ via FTP.

This should result in the following file structure:

- wp-content
    - plugins
        - wordpress-admin-bar-improved
            | readme.txt
            | screenshot-1.png
            | wpab-admin.css
            | wpabi-admin.js
            | wpabi.css
            | wpabi.js
            | wpabi.php

Then just visit your admin area and activate the plugin on the Plugins screen.
