Noted That:

• To install correctly this wp-comment-designer-lite.zip.
• Fisrt Download the wp-comment-designer-lite.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open wp-comment-designer-lite.zip to Your Computer.

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

1. Unzip wp-comment-designer-lite.zip
2. Upload all the files to the /wp-content/plugins/wp-comment-designer-lite
