Install, activate and connect WP Compress across all of your MainWP Child Sites. Wordpress Tutorial

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this wp-compress-mainwp.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the wp-compress-mainwp.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open wp-compress-mainwp.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside wp-compress-mainwp.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " wp-compress-mainwp.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " wp-compress-mainwp.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded wp-compress-mainwp.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " WP Compress for MainWP " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " WP Compress for MainWP " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " WP Compress for MainWP " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  WP Compress for MainWP Configurtions and Settings or How to work " WP Compress for MainWP " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " WP Compress for MainWP " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is WP Compress for MainWP
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide

How to use the WP Compress for MainWP extension:

  1. Download the Zip from WordPress.org
  2. Upload & Activate the Extension as a Plugin on your website with the MainWP Dashboard
  3. Login to the Extension with your WP Compress Portal username and password.
  4. Set the desired monthly quota and optionally add one time credits
  5. Select the websites you’d like to link to the Portal and WP Compress Cloud.
  6. Click “Install & Connect” and you’re done!

You can then bulk optimize, configure settings and more from within the WP Compress portal or individual website’s dashboard. MainWP Bulk Settings and compression options are coming soon!
