Noted That:

• To install correctly this wp-download-codes.zip.
• Fisrt Download the wp-download-codes.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open wp-download-codes.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside wp-download-codes.zip and Open readme.txt.
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "wp-download-codes.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "wp-download-codes.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded wp-download-codes.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "WP Download Codes" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "WP Download Codes" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "WP Download Codes" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find "WP Download Codes" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is WP Download Codes
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

1. Upload the wp-download-codes folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Create a folder within the wp-content directory and upload one or several zip files via FTP.
4. Optionally protect the folder via CHMOD in order to avoid unauthorized downloads using direct file links.
5. Go to the ‘Settings’ page and set the zip folder specified above. Alternatively, you can define an absolute path to the download folder.
6. Create a new release and assign a valid file to it. (The file extension like ‘zip’ or ‘mp3’ must be listed in the allowed file extensions under ‘Settings’.)
7. Create new or import existing download codes for the release via ‘Manage Codes’ and make them final.
8. Put [download-code id="xyz"] in a page or post, where “xyz” is the ID of the respective release. Alternatively, you can write [download-code] without an ID to allow any download code. In the latter case, the download code should be assigned directly to a release.
9. Optionally provide your users with a direct link to the download code form using the “yourcode” query parameter (e.g. http://yourwordpressblog.com/download/?yourcode=DOWNLOADCODEXYZ).
