Start the Tips:1. First Download " wp-extra-template-tags.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download) 2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard. 3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard. 4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.
5. Now, Browse " wp-extra-template-tags.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded wp-extra-template-tags.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now" 6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin" 7. Then, See left sidemenu. " WP Extra Template Tags " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " WP Extra Template Tags " folder. Noted that: If you do not see " WP Extra Template Tags " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ". 8. Category Parent IDDisplays or returns the numeric parent ID of the category a post belongs to. This tag must be used within The Loop.
Category SlugDisplays or returns the category slug/nicename of the category a post belongs to. This tag must be used within The Loop.
Category NameDisplays or returns the name/title of the category a post belongs to. This tag must be used within The Loop.
Category CountDisplays or returns the number of posts within a category. It can be used with a post ID, post slug (nicename) or empty used within The Loop.
Get Category Name By IDReturns the name/title of the category ID.
Get Category ID By NameReturns the ID of the category slug/nicename.
User IDDisplays or returns the user ID of the logged in user.
User NameDisplays or returns the user name of the logged in user.
User LevelDisplays or returns the user level of the logged in user.
ID by Page NameReturns the page ID by page or post slug/nicename.
Name by Page IDReturns the page slug/nicename by page or post ID.
Max PagesDisplays or returns the max amount of pages per post. This tag must be used within The Loop.
DepthReturns the depth of a page. It can be used with a page ID or empty used within The Loop.
Is ChildReturns true if the current page is a child. It can be used with a page ID or empty used within The Loop.
Is GrandchildReturns true if the current page is a grandchild.
Delete Post LinkDisplays a link to delete current post or page for logged in administrators. Be careful!
Get The Content with FormattingReturns get_the_content() tag WITH formatting like the_content().
Parent PermalinkDisplays or returns the parent permalink. This tag must be used within The Loop.
Permalink by NameDisplays or returns the permalink by page or post slug/nicename.
