Noted That:

To install correctly this wp-knowledgebase.zip.
Fisrt Download the wp-knowledgebase.zip to your computer
Extract/Open wp-knowledgebase.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside wp-knowledgebase.zip and Open readme.txt.
Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
Then, Follow the the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "wp-knowledgebase.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "wp-knowledgebase.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded wp-knowledgebase.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "WordPress Knowledge base & Documentation Plugin – WP Knowledgebase" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "WordPress Knowledge base & Documentation Plugin – WP Knowledgebase" folder.

Noted that: If you do not see "WordPress Knowledge base & Documentation Plugin – WP Knowledgebase" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about WordPress Knowledge base & Documentation Plugin – WP Knowledgebase Configurtions and Settings or How to work "WordPress Knowledge base & Documentation Plugin – WP Knowledgebase" in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
Then, Find "WordPress Knowledge base & Documentation Plugin – WP Knowledgebase" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is WordPress Knowledge base & Documentation Plugin – WP Knowledgebase
Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

Upload the `wp-knowledgebase` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory or install it from the plugin directory via your Plugins dash. You may be familiar with this method of templating as used by WooCommerce. In the plugin’s root directory you will find a folder called `template`. You can override that folder and any of the files within, by copying them into your active theme and renaming the folder to `/yourtheme/wp_knowledgebase`. WP Knowledgebase plugin will automatically load any template files you have in that folder in your theme, and use them instead of its default template files. If no such folder or files exist in your theme, it will use the ones from the plugin. This is the safest way to customise the WP Knowledebase templates, as it means that your changes will not be overwritten when the plugin updates.

Upload the wp-knowledgebase folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory or install it from the plugin directory via your Plugins dash.
