Noted That:

• To install correctly this wp-piwik-notifier.zip.
• Fisrt Download the wp-piwik-notifier.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open wp-piwik-notifier.zip to Your Computer.

3. Then, Find "Piwik Notifier Bar" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Piwik Notifier Bar
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

1. Upload the folder wp-piwik-notifier to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
