A Responsive Google Maps plugin to display locations on the google maps and show custom message on a marker click action. Wordpress Tutorial

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this wp-responsive-google-map.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the wp-responsive-google-map.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open wp-responsive-google-map.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside wp-responsive-google-map.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " wp-responsive-google-map.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " wp-responsive-google-map.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded wp-responsive-google-map.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " WordPress responsive google map " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " WordPress responsive google map " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " WordPress responsive google map " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  WordPress responsive google map Configurtions and Settings or How to work " WordPress responsive google map " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " WordPress responsive google map " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is WordPress responsive google map
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.


1. Upload the 
wp-responsive-google-map
 directory to the 
/wp-content/plugins/
 folder
2. Once the plugin is uploaded log into WordPress and go to 
Plugins
3. Find the 
wp-responsive-google-map
plugin and click Activate Plugin
=How to work=
1. Go to 
settings
 page of plugin and insert your google maps api key.
2. First create your locations using 'Add Location' page.
3. Map is assoicated to a shortcode [rgm_view_map], copy and paste it on your pages, posts or widget.
