Noted That:

• To install correctly this wp-scroll-to-top.zip.
• Fisrt Download the wp-scroll-to-top.zip to your computer

3. Then, Find "Scroll To Top" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Scroll To Top
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,
